Of course while being on spring break, I brought along a catalog. (Btw Kirsten is having an amazing time!). So I was looking at what outfits and stuff I want by the time my challenge ends and I also have been thinking that I totally need to stop procrastinating as much as I do...so I decided to put the two together and I came up with a sort of 100 Day Challenge game. The goal of my game is to get $100 by the time the challenge is over- so I'll probably redo the challege end date so that I have 100 days to play. How it will be played is that for every day I don't procrastinate on homework, chores, etc (I mean what college student likes washing dishes, lol), I'll earn $1 toward my challege fund. If I procrastinate a little, I'll earn 50 cents. If I procrastinate a lot, I won't earn anything that day. So, whatever amount I have by the time the challege ends, will be what I can spend. and I made a bar to color in each time I earn more money. Sure, it's my own money that I could easily spend without earning it, but it's better to earn it. And whenever I have enough for one of my top items, I can glue or tape a pic of that item into the corresponding box that I made on the paper ("game board"). The game could easily be adapted and maybe I won't procrastinate so much because I can "earn" money for new AG items? Does that sound like an effective game?
